A "Panasonic Single Stage Pressure" refers to a gas pressure regulator manufactured by Panasonic that reduces high pressure from a gas cylinder to a lower, usable working pressure in a single step, meaning it only has one stage of pressure reduction within the regulator itself; commonly used in applications like welding where a consistent, regulated gas flow is required. 

A Single Stage Regulator takes Cylinder Pressure and reduces it down to an adjustable pressure output. For example, in the case of an Oxygen Cylinder, the cylinder pressure of up to 300 bar (4410 psi) is reduced in a single step to the output of 0-4 bar (for example).

Regulators are used to reduce pressure in a gas cyliner to the lower pressures reqiured for different application. This single gauge pre-set regulator which with the appropriate flowmeter attached is suitable for both MIG and TIG applications.
